Main-house guest parking is in the front lot. Cottage parking is in the back lot by each cottage. One spot per unit, with overflow in the back lot. Trailers/RVs are allowed. Towing is at the owner’s discretion.
Self check-in
Check-in is 3:00 PM and checkout is 11:00 AM. The main house uses a keypad, and each room has a physical key. Access code and instructions are sent 24 hours prior to check-in.
Pet policy
Pets are allowed only in Judge Roy Bean Cottage and Burke Trammel Cottage. Pet fee: $40 per stay · Max: 2 pets · No size limits. Add pets during booking so the fee applies correctly.
Fees
No cleaning fee. No deposit. No extra guest fee. Pet fee applies only to the two pet-allowed cottages.
